Stabilizer Link ကို အတွဲလိုက် လဲရခြင်း
Stabilizer links are sold individually, but they should be replaced in axle pairs. The stabilizer bar works by tying the two sides together, so a new link on one side and a worn one on the other makes the bar act unevenly — and the worn side will be rattling again within months anyway.

What goes wrong if I replace only one side?

The bar transfers force between the two sides, so its effect depends on both links being equally tight. A new link on one side and a link with play on the other means the bar starts resisting on one side before the other, so the body still rolls unevenly and the benefit of the new part is only half realised. You also keep the rattle, because the noise was never fixed on the other side.

Why does the other side always follow so soon?

Both links have been on the vehicle for the same time, over the same roads, doing the same work. Their rubber boots have aged equally, and once one boot has split the other is usually close behind. Replacing both at once means one visit and one labour charge instead of two, and stabilizer links are among the cheapest suspension parts, so the saving from doing one side rarely justifies the second visit.

Should the front and rear be done together?

Not necessarily. Front and rear links are separate systems on separate bars, and the front usually wears faster because the front suspension works harder. Replace the axle that is noisy, and have the other axle checked at the same visit so you know whether it is close behind.
