Refund Processing Times — What to Expect

Once a refund is approved it reaches your original method of payment within 15 to 30 calendar days. How long does a refund take?

Fifteen to thirty calendar days from the point the refund is processed, credited automatically to your credit card or whatever method you originally paid with. When does the clock actually start?

Not when you post the parcel. The refund period starts when Win Store has processed your refund according to your refund type. What are the three refund types?

Refunds from returns start once the item is back at the warehouse and QC is complete. Refunds from cancelled orders are triggered automatically as soon as the cancellation is processed, so they are the quickest. How much of my money comes back?

The refund amount covers the item price and the shipping fee you originally paid. Against that, the cost of returning the item to us is deducted, because return shipping is your responsibility and is not refundable. When would I only get a partial refund?

Two situations. If the item is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for a reason that is not our error. And if the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery. The refund has not arrived — what do I check?

Work through it in order. Check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, because there is often a posting delay at their end. Then contact your bank, which also has its own processing time. I paid cash on delivery — how does that refund work?

The policy says a refund goes back to the original method of payment, and Win Store accepts KPay, Wave, AYA, COD and VISA. For a card or wallet payment the route back is the same route in.
