An unfitted brake part in its original packaging can be exchanged at a Win Store showroom, subject to inspection and proof of purchase. Once a brake pad or brake shoe has been installed and driven on, that part is no longer resaleable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I exchange brake parts I ordered by mistake?

Yes, provided the part is unfitted, in its original packaging with the part number label intact, and you contact Win Store within the period set out in the returns policy. Exchange availability also depends on the showroom holding the correct part in stock. Bring the invoice or receipt with the part.

Why can a fitted brake pad not be returned?

A brake pad begins transferring friction material onto the disc from the first stop, and the pad surface takes the shape of that specific disc. A pad that has been driven on cannot be sold to another customer and cannot be verified as unused. This is why Win Store asks customers to confirm fitment before the part is fitted, not after.

What should I keep after buying a brake part?

Keep these four items until the part is fitted and working correctly.
ပစ္စည်းကို တပ်ဆင်၍ ကောင်းစွာ အလုပ်လုပ်သည်အထိ အောက်ပါ လေးချက်ကို သိမ်းထားပါ။
- The invoice or order number.
- The original packaging with the part number label.
- A note of the date and the odometer reading at fitting.
- The workshop job sheet, if the part was fitted by a workshop.

What is not covered by an exchange?

Normal wear is not a fault. A brake pad that has reached its wear limit after months of use has done its job and is not exchangeable. Damage caused by fitting the part incorrectly, running it past its wear limit, or using it on a vehicle it was not specified for is also not exchangeable.
