How to Delete Your Win Store Account

If you'd like to permanently delete your Win Store account and personal data, contact our support team and we'll process your request.

Win Store အကောင့်ကို အပြီးတိုင် ဖျက်လိုပါက support team ကို ဆက်သွယ်ပါ၊ တောင်းဆိုချက်ကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်။

How to request deletion / ဖျက်ရန် တောင်းဆိုနည်း

1. Open the Win Store app or website and go to Help & Support.

Win Store app (သို့) website ကို ဖွင့်ပြီး Help & Support သို့ သွားပါ။

2. Start a chat or submit a support ticket, and state that you want your account and personal data deleted.

Chat စတင်ပါ (သို့) support ticket ပို့ပါ၊ အကောင့်နှင့် ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် ဖျက်လိုကြောင်း ဖော်ပြပါ။

3. For security, we may ask you to confirm your identity (e.g. the email or phone number on your account) before processing the request.

လုံခြုံရေးအရ အကောင့်ပေါ်ရှိ email/ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ဖြင့် အတည်ပြုရန် တောင်းဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။

4. We will complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

အတည်ပြုပြီးသည့် တောင်းဆိုချက်ကို ရက် ၃၀ အတွင်း ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်။

What gets deleted / ဖျက်ပစ်မည့် အချက်အလက်

Your name, email address, phone number, and saved addresses.

Order and invoice records may be retained for a period as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations, even after account deletion.
