Order history is the most useful part of an account for anyone buying parts, because it records the exact part number you bought last time. How do I reorder the same part?

Open the order that contains it and use the part number from that line rather than searching by the name of the part. Names repeat across hundreds of products; the part number does not. You need it in three places: to track the order, to write on a return parcel, and in the first line of any email to support. What do the order statuses mean?

Five stages. Order Confirmed means it is received and payment verified. Processing means we are picking and packing. Out for Delivery means it is on its way. Delivered means it reached you.
