Occasionally a filter listing carries a vehicle make in its title that does not match the Original Equipment (OE) number printed beside it. When that happens, trust the number, not the name — the number comes from the manufacturer's catalogue and identifies the part, while the name is a label typed by a person.

Does a mismatch mean the part is wrong?

No — it usually means the label is wrong, not the part. The filter in the box is the filter the number describes. What it does mean is that you should not use the brand word in the title to decide whether a listing suits your vehicle. Match on the Original Equipment number and the listing is reliable regardless of what the title says.
